Shipping, Privacy, Returns


Process time: Any stocked items will ship within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays). If possible, we will ship out the same day. Items not stocked will require some lead time and we will send you a notice of the anticipated ship date.

Methods: We ship small items using US Postal Service, items over 1 pound will ship via Priority Mail. Larger items will ship via UPS. We can do next day, 2 day, 3 day, or ground.

Cost: We do not mark up our shipping costs and try to pass on how much it costs to the customer. Note we do not have the same ‘pull’ as Amazon in keeping our shipping costs low and shipping larger items can be more expensive. If you have a UPS account, we welcome using your account number for shipping.

Notifications: We will send you a note with a tracking number when the item is shipped.

Warranty Returns:

We accept any returns within 90 days of your receipt of the item. We do not cover shipping costs from us to you, or the return. That is your risk. We do offer a full refund on the item costs other than shipping. We do not require a reason for the return. We want you to feel comfortable ordering from us with less risk. We stand behind our products. Your state may have other return laws that over rule our policy and if so, we will of course honor that.

We will add a link here for a form to use for returns. We ask that you fill out the form and include it with the returned item so we know who is returning the item and which account to credit (paypal, venmo, credit card, etc).


We never will sell or give out any of your information to anyone else. If you are using a credit card to order, that information is shared with our merchant service of course. Our merchant service provides us a secure service using their own secure servers. Any paper documents with financial information we have, is securely stored and eventually shredded. In the end, we treat our customers the way we want to be treated.
